Hi, there! Welcome to the join section. My name's Matt, and I'll be guiding you through this little process.

First off, just copy and paste the below contents into a blank e-mail, and answer the questions. When you're all finished, send it to admin@spindash.net. This application is to help me keep track of who's interested in what character and stay organized.

I try to answer most all applications submitted as quickly as possible, though it might take up to a week, so please be patient. Things do sometimes get lost in my oftentimes cluttered inbox, though, so if you feel yours may have been overlooked, feel free to IM me directly, or resubmit it! Now, go ahead and get started, and remember--Don't just pick and choose questions to answer. Please answer all questions that are applicable to you. It'll help keep me as sane as I can be.

Also, if you haven't read the rules, please do so now. If you don't, I will know. Even just moderately advanced role-playing is a very reading-intensive activity that requires an attentive, interested mind; anything less than that on your part will be detrimental to the entertainment other RPers in the group.

Original Characters

Please skip down to the "Official Characters" section if you intend to play an official character.

If you intend to use an original (player-created) character, check out the rules section, at least minimally complete the character template as seen in the original character guidelines, and include your information with this e-mail so that we can have an idea of who you're wanting to play. Sheets copied from other role-playing groups or designed yourself will not be accepted. There's certain information we want, and that's why we have a template. It's for both your convenience and ours.

When you're finished, you can either submit your character along with this form, or post it on the forums. The chances are that you'll get a much faster reply on the forums, though.

What do you base your portrayal of this character on?

[In other words, what source you base the way you play the character off of? For instance, your answer might be the English dubs of the games or original Japanese versions, dubbed 4Kids Sonic X or Japanese Sonic X, or Archie/Fleetway/DiC, or a particular Sonic game, etc. The reason why I ask this question is because the official characters are portrayed very differently between different languages and stories, and even individual games.]
